Dear Team, I Brij Yadav have taken a home loan from Bank of India, Paschim Vihar Branch in the month feb-18. The loan has been cleared and disbursed as per my requirement. After 1 months’ time one of your sales executive by the name of Mr. Ashish approached to me for insurance to secure my loan. I ask him to come to me with all the details, that I am also interested to take the policy to secure my loan. He came to me and make me understand that the said policy is best product for your loan protection. But at the time of CPV visit I came to know that both the policies are not covering my loan. Both the policies are simple life insurance policy which was not cleared to me by sales officer and he is manipulate the words to sell his product.
