With reference to above cited subject this is third time reminder letter to you regarding my wrong cash transaction & till date I could not received any feedback from your side but at this time I will expect taking these matter as priority basis. I am Anand Maheshwari customer of SBH Chandrapur Bank & my Saving A/c No. is [protected]. The matter is regarding my cash transaction. I went to withdraw cash from ICICI ATM located beside Day-2-Day Haldiram Showroom, Wrdhaman Nagar, and Nagpur on dated 12/04/09 (Sunday). But at that time I had entered all the required formalities for withdrawing the cash but unfortunately I could not receive the cash & also the receipt from ATM amounting Rs.2000 in between 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. I found that at the same time this amount has been debited to my SBH a/c. Transaction ID[protected] 3873 S1AD1190 ) So I request you to kindly check & verify this particular transaction & Credit the same amount to my SBH A/c. I will be highly obliged. I, Y. V. Ramesh would like to submit that I am having S.B. Account in State Bank of Hyderabad, Court Street Branch, Vijayawada since few years, bearing A/C. No.[protected]. The said account is having the balance of Rs.32, 403/- as on[protected], I am herewith enclosing ATM slip. After that, I withdrawn an amount of Rs.500/- on[protected] and obtained mini statement through SBI, ATM Centre, Near Head Post Office at Ongole. Surprisingly I came to know in the mini statement it is shown that an amount of Rs.500/- was withdrawn on[protected], which was not made by me. I am enclosing herewith the said mini statement for your perusal.

Therefore, I request you sir that made an inquiry into the said subject matter and to debit an amount of Rs.500/- to my account, which was not withdrawn by me on[protected] and confirm my balance of account is Rs.31, 903/- as on[protected].
