State Bank of Hyderabad — Refuses to give a/c opening application form

Staff at State Bank of Hyderabad, Begumpet are very apathetic towards potential customers.
They refused to give me account opening application form.

Request Reserve Bank of India to take appropriate action against SBH, Begumpet.

Complaint against Manager of State Bank Hydrabad - BasavanaGudi Bangalore.

I wanted to open SB account but he refuses to give me form. after long discussion he had given the form.
2. Refused to give Check book for 6 months from the date of opening the account.
3. Refused to give Cash of 5 Lakhs, given only 2 Lakhs after repeted request.

Please see that these managers are replaced with user friendly personnelity.
