State Bank Of Hyderabad — Cash not come from ATM M/c of OBC but debited my A/c

hello sir,
my name is mahendar reddy. my accound number is [protected]. SBH bank gurumatakal. sir i drawn amount 500 in icici bank on 19/02/2010. but cash was not come but amount was deduced. i have given complain in my branch gurumatakal. but no use sir so pls help me.

this is the custemer of sbh bank,
3 months back i have withdrawn 1100 rupees from the andhrabank at musarambagh branch in dilsukhnagar in hyderabad.i just recieved the reciept but not the money.
my account details is CHERYALA SRIKANTH,
ac no is [protected], branch :SIDDIPET.
pls take some action immeadiately on my complaint...
