[Resolved] State Bank Of Hyderabad — money not came from ATM , my balance was deducted | |
i am lal chand koya working for KIMS narketpally. i have tried to draw my salary in SBH ATM with INDIAN bank card. money was not came, slip came with " unable to process" word. but my balance was deducted with Rs.6500/- with draw tried date:6th march 2010. with draw tried time : around 11.00 AM i gone to the INDIAN BANK and wrote a letter, the manager has given me a number tha is : Y[protected]. my account number:[protected] branch name: yella reddy guda( nalgonda dt) please help me to get my money back. please sir, with regards lalchand koya Was this information helpful? | |

On 6th March 2010. for withdrawing Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) through ATM, I went to the ATM of State Bank of Hyderabad, JP Nagar Branch, Bangalore. After doing all the ATM transaction process, I have not received the money and also the transaction receipt which I have entered vide transaction receipt No. 8556. Vide Txn Receipt No. 8557 11:31 the receipt shows that an amount of Rs. 1, 000/- debited from my savings account No. [protected] of Bank of Baroda..

This was informed to the nearest branch Manager of Bank of Baroda and he informed that due to network problem this was happened. As desired by him, I have given a letter showing the details of the transactions and he informed me that it will be credited to your account within 2 to 3 days time. So far this amount was not credited to my account.
As more than 9days have passed, kindly look into this and credit the amount of Rs. 1000/- in my account.
