Dear sir
On 1.12.2011 I used SBI cash card for withdrawal of Rs.10,000/- through IDBI Bank ATM situated in the same locality ie.1st sector HSR Layout Bangalore - 560 0102. The transaction concluded in " unable to process. No cash dispensed and printed slip issued and no SMS alert also..But I found later that my account was debited with Rs.10,000/- unnecessarily.
on 3.12.2011 SBI people advised me to give a complaint through a toll free customer care number given by them. They have refused to accept written complaint. Then I have registered complaint with toll free customer care SBI.on 3.12.2011.
They have assured that they would resolve the issue within 7 working days...
Now I would like to know whether I have to lodge the complaint with you only after seven days in case SBI fail to do justice to me?

just now received a sms from BX-CBSSBI stating that Rs.10, 000/- has been credited to my account.
I thank everybody who worked on my complaint to setright the IDBI ATM error on 1.12.2011.
I shall go to sbi tomorrow to get the same confirmed in my pass book...
