State Bank of India — non refund of excess payment

I Mr. Rajendra Shrinath Nahak card holder of SBI bearing no.[protected] has paid excess payment of 2185.16 which i am unable to get it back. Despite a dozens of email and equal number of phonecalls but nothing worked . I have spoke to these customer care executives on [protected] .I request youto kindly help me to resolve this issue which is been pending for over a month.I request you please help me to get my refund amount.

I have spoke all this customer care My reference no. is[protected] and later i had given a new reference number by their representative [protected].,[protected] I am unable to trace the reason for failing to arrange of refund of my payment made by vide cheque-921309 for Rs.25579.97 drawn on state bank of India , MIDC , andheri east br. and minumum amount Rs.2653.72 , paid by vide cheue No.921297 & 921301 Please do try to settle at the earliest. I would request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest
