[Resolved]  State Bank of India / ATM - Debit Card — Non reversal o[censored]ndispensed amount

I am operating S.B. A/C No.[protected] with State Bank of India, R K Puram ,New Delhi.On November2, 2009 at 18.50 hrs. I used my debit card at ATM machine at Karkardooma Court New Delhi for withdrawal of Rs.20000/- but the ATM machine dispensed only Rs.11500/- rest of Rs.8500/- were undispensed'.Bank"s help line informed that the amount will automatically be reversed to my account with in 24 hrs.,this does not happen.I lodged written complaint with the Bank Manager on November 4,2009 and after waiting for a month & no. of personal visits to the bank , a Petition under RTI Act 2005 was also sent on December 4,2009 to
Central Public Information Officer ,SBI ,Local H.O. New Delhi by speed post. There is no action till today dated January 05,2010 .I am a senior citizen retired as Govt. officer & this incident has shaken my trust in
this biggest /traditional Bank [as they boost of]. Can any body in the land help me?
