[Resolved]  State Bank of India — atm money fraud

I am Sunil kumar Dwivedi. I have bank account in state bank of india having account no. [protected].AT 3.11.12 i went to atm for money and given command for 20000 rupees.but only 17500 rupees came.
I complained at costemur care no at 3.11.12 at state bank of india and got complain no AT[protected].after not getting any action i complain again at 8.11.12 and got complain no AT[protected]piz. i did not got any action till this date. i went state bank of india barauli branch but they are not ready to take any action. i need action please.
