[Resolved]  State Bank of India, Ayanavaram Branch — Personnel Not giving required information, because of which my payment is getting delayed.

Dear sirs,

Sub: S/b A/c No. [protected], Pension Pay order No. [protected]-Amount pending for crediting

I am a retired person from Integral Coach factory. I hold an EorS account with my wife in Ayanavaram Branch, the account no. of which is [protected]. I have been relieved from my duty on[protected] and awaiting my pension for the past 7 months. My living is in hardship without my pension amount for the past 7 months.

Meanwhile I received my pension pay order bearing PPO No. [protected] in the last week of March’12 eventhough It has been delivered to you from our office in the first week.

First I was visiting many times the Asst.manager concerned in the Branch for pension during the month of March, But he was not responsible enough to search my PPO file itself. After a weeks delay in his table, he located the file and got all the signatures required to process the file for payment.

Second while getting the signatures, he has delegated somebody, who in my opinion was not competent enough for the job. He got some signatures, but my payment has not been effected so far.

Now, when I contacted the customer care through [protected], One Mr. Manohar was telling me that I have to submit the life certificate then only my payment would get effected, that too after 15 days. For your surprise I have got a call from head office of Chennai region pension section that the payment has been made. But still It is not done. Now it is told that I have to submit Life Certificate.

I have not even got one single payment, I have submitted all forms required with my own signatures.

I have visited the branch and met the asst. Manager concerned many times. He should have informed me about the pending paper. He has not even opened my account in the system. He just answered me irresponsibly. That is why I was not informed properly that I HAVE TO SUBMIT LIFE CERTIFICATE. It is total fault of your branch because of which my payment has got delayed. As a retired person I am experiencing lot of financial pressure and mental agony because your branch’s lack of care and interest on pensioners.

Now your customer care personnel is telling me that I have to wait till 15 more days after submitting the life certificate to get my payment effected.

Kindly take necessary action on the lack of care of the branch and I request the officials concerned for payment of my pension IMMEDIATELY after my submitting the Life certificate.

This is a matter of concern for my entire family. So I request you to kindly ponder the case with concern and arrange for the EMERGENCY payment.
