[Resolved] State Bank of India — inordinate delay in replacement of lost credit card

I had lost my credit card on the 15th April,2010. Stop transaction intimitation was made and an FIR was lodged in the concerned Police station (Khandagiri P.S. of Bhubaneswar Police Commissionerate. The original FIR was sent to SBI Card along with request for a replacement card.The verification call was attended to by me on the 6th May 2010.

But no replacement card has been received by me till today, even after a lapse of more than 4 months since the date of verification call .Even after repeated complaints and requests there is no repsonse whatsoevr!I am surprised by such an indifferent and callous attitude from such an established bank as the SBI.
I repeat again how long it will take for the SBI to send me the replacement credit card?

I am Smt.A.SREELATHA W/O Rajashekar my SBI CARD NO [protected] i had lost my credit card in china when i was in tour vile drawing cash from ATM the credit card was gone inside the ATM i have requested the bank people they have not returned back, immediately i have given Stop transaction intimidation was made was sent to SBI Card

Now i request you replacement the credit card.
