Dear Sir,
Sub.: COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BRANCH MANAGER OF YOUR STATE BANK OF INDIA, BRANC Code No.07085,Located in SwasthYa Vihar,8,Rajdhani Enclave,DELHI-110092, for his NON-CO-OPERATIVE,EVASIVE and RUDE, OFFENSIVE,AGGRESSIVE, IMPOLITE, ILL- MANNERED AND UNPLEASANT BEHAVIOR ,AGAIST MY WIFE & ME ON PHONE
We are regular Customers of your Bank's Branch at Swasthya Vihar, Delhi-11092 and are maintaining a Joint Savings Bank A/C (Bank Branh Code No.07085) in my and my wife’s name vide Savings Bank A/C N0. [protected].
Recently I have started facing online problems on my Internet Banking Account. I wanted to add some BILLERS for making the online payments for various utility bills. And for that purpose I have tried AT LEAST more than 10 TIMES, to register online, WHEREAS the message every time comes that "SINCE YOUR MOBILE PHONE IS NOT REGISTERED, AS SUCH,WE ARE UNABLE TO ADD ANY BILLERS" Please note that not only my mobile and land line are duly regd. with the said BANK and I am also having the MOBILE BANKING FACILITY with the Bank.
And SECONDLY, Besides this for past more than TWO WEEKS, I was trying TO CREATE some STDR online for short periods from my various other Accounts. However, after completion of all formalities of filling up the forms etc. IN LAST – I receive a message in last -“Stopped Account, this may be due to non –compliance of KYC formalities at your Bank. Please contact your branch for updating the RECORDS”
On my various telephones to the said branch-THE TELEPHONE though THEY NEVER ATTEND. However once after about 50-60 calls when it was picked up, the man never disclosed his IDENTITY despite my asking time and again and at last RUDELY replied that we cannot tell anything on phone despite my requesting that I was bed ridden due to some ailment and my wife is working, however, he said nothing doing come what may you have to come to the Bank and only then they’ll explain WHAT IS KYC ! Later on I enquired from my other Bankers about KYC. They explained that it is only an up-gradation of i.d. ,address proof and the Pan No. It is Evident to note my wife had upgraded all of them by submitting all copies afresh about a couple of months back. However on their repeated insisting, my wife visited the bank again today, after taking an earned leave from her office
It is astonishingly not understandable. And today when my wife visited the said branch of your Bank, The manager of the Bank behaved in a very uncalled for, offensive behavior In an utmost RUDE Manner and although he accepted that all our documents are COMPLETE IN ALL RESPECTS but he said he can’t explain as to why such message is coming online and said it is not his responsibility at all and when my wife requested him to talk to me via my wife’s mobile, for which he promptly REFUSED and n wife’s repeated requests and pleadings, he talked to me in a VERY RUDE manner and still said he does not wish to explain anything as he had other jobs to do. And although he accepted that all our documents are complete in all respects. And when I asked him that if he behaves in such a manner We SHALL be FORCED to close our long association with you---Then he replied we may do whatever we like- he is not bothered. And when I said that I SHALL be constrained to complaint against him and will INITIATE LEGAL ACTION against him and the Bank—then he said “ he is not afraid of any senior officer—they are all in my pocket and you may do whatever you like- Ian not Bothered “
You are requested to look into the matter seriously, failing which I SHALL be CONSTRAINED to initiate Appropriate legal Proceedings in various Courts & Consumer and Banking Forums—for DAMAGES for causing me and my Wife, Great Mental Anguish, undue mental and physical harassment besides the operational nuisance, which is not corrected, despite my documentation been complete in all respects.
Assuring you of my fullest cooperation and hoping to continue my patronage and fruitful long association as we had for more than Seventeen years, if better services are assured and my grievances are taken care off, at an early date, otherwise PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I shall be forced to initiate appropriate Legal ACTIONS IN LAW, if the matter is not resolved to my satisfaction, within TWO WEEKS Of Receipt of this Notice and in such an eventuality, you and your Bank and its concerned officials shall be further held liable for Costs AND Consequences flowing therefrom

State Bank of India SBI — Rude and Aggressive Bank Manager

D R Mal, Manager of SBIN Branch, Batala Road, Amritsar is very rude and aggressive. He don't know how to talk to people, he only takes care of his personal phone calls (including his mother-in-law) on which is mostly busy even if the client is sitting in front of him since last 25 minutes.

He is one of a kind branch manager who thinks his branch is the best and no one else can give that kind of facilities to any body.
