Hi, I have given an application for changing my phone number to access net banking in May 2012. The person (ganesh sharma) had told that you will get the notification. When I went to ask next day, he was not behaving proper. Still I am waiting for changing the number. where can I put the complaint against him. Is there any online complaint system for such case?
