[Resolved] State Bank of India — Debit against declined transaction | |
Debit against non payment Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am having a savings bank account with State Bank of India, Nanganallur (SB Account No. [protected]). I used my ATM card No.[protected] for withdrawing money of Rs.10, 000 at Union Bank of India, Nanganallur ATM on 15.11.2008. As the transaction could not be processed, I have received a message stating that “ transaction was declined (072) for the reason unable to process under record reference No.7640; Date15th November 2008; Time 15.07; ATM ID NCHN[protected]”. But subsequently, when I updated my Savings Bank pass book on 7th December 2008, I was shocked to note that an amount of Rs.10, 020/- was debited on 15.11.2008 towards my ATM card No.[protected] operation . Inspite of my several attempts in person, through phoneor through letters and e-mail. I did not receive any positive reply. Hence, I request you to make arrangements to take very urgent action to credit the amount of Rs. 10, 020 which was wrongly deducted from my State Bank of India Savings Bank Account No.[protected] along with interest for the period. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am having a savings bank account with State Bank of India, Jhandewalan New Delhi 110055 (SB Account No.[protected]. I used my ATM card No.[protected] for withdrawing money of Rs.4, 000 at State Bank of India ATM IGI Air Port New Delhi 110037 on[protected] at 13.41 hrs. I have received Rs. 3800 instead of Rs. 4000, the amount of Rs. 200 where as the transaction receipt shows the amount withdrawn as Rs 4000. You are requested to process under record reference TXN No. 2198 Dated 4-4-09 time 13.41; ATM ID s1an00808701 and amount of Rs. 200 may kindly be debited in my account .

I used my ATM card No.[protected] for withdrawing money of Rs.8, 000 at State Bank of India, Nayagaon Branch, Jabalpur ATM on 08.04.2009 As the transaction could not be processed, I have received a message stating that “ Sorry unable to process" for the reason unable to process under record reference Date 4th April 2009; Time 10.21; ATM ID S1AC00793401”. But subsequently, when I updated my Savings Bank pass book on next day, I was shocked to note that an amount of Rs.8, 000/- was debited on 8 April 2009 towards my ATM card No.[protected] operation .
For this I have already lodged a complaint on the very date to SBI Nayagaongaon, Jabalpur but no response till date.
Hence, I request you to make arrangements to take very urgent action to credit the amount of Rs.8000/- which was wrongly deducted from my State Bank of India Savings Bank Account No.[protected] along with interest for the period.

This is to inform you that i used my SBI ATM card no.[protected] for withdrawing money of Rs.12, 000, at indian bank, branch Rajendre nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad on 01.07.2009, near about 8:00 - 8:20 PM.As the transaction could not be processed, I have received a message stating that “ unable to process".when I updated my Savings Bank pass book on 2 july 2009, amount of Rs.12000/- was debited on 1.July.2009 towards my ATM card No.[protected] operation.But unfortunately i have lost the transaction receipt, now i don't have the transaction no.
Hence, I request you to suggest me what step i can take to get my money back. which was wrongly deducted from my State Bank of India Savings Bank Account.

How to remake my SBI debit card, Bcz my card is damage nd atm machine is note accept. Plz give me sugestion as soon as possible.

I have a ATM CUM DEBIT CARD vide Number[protected]number may be wrong because o[censored]nreadable) damaged and the total gum pesting has open, for this reason I am unable to operate this card occassionally. My card has issued Jan' 2004. So, I am requesting you please issue me a new card and send the following address at your earliest .

No.[protected] two times to take for Rs.1000/- around 12.00
hrs. It showed "unable to process" Hence I have not got money. After few
minutes i.e. 12.17.11 hrs I operated Corporation bank atm, Egmore and
took for Rs.1000/- In the icici atm operation Rs.2000/- (Rupees two
thousand only) has been debited in my account without received cash. The
