DEAR SIR,

I NEVER USED THE CARD . EVEN THEN I AM GETTING SMS IN MY MOBILE NO. [protected]. THAT I HAVE TO PAY RS. 525.48 TILL DATE..ONCE I EXPLAINED TO YOUR CALLING OFFICER THAT I AM NOT USING THE CARD AND I AM NOT GETTING ANY STATEMENT. I DONT KNOW THE CARD NUMBER ALSO AS I HAVE DISTROYED THE CARD AS PER THE ADVICE FROM YOUR CALL CENTRE. NOW I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND WHERE TO CONTACT AS I AM NOT HAVING ANY CARD NUMBER ALSO. KINDLY GIVE ME SOME WAY OUT OR ATLEAST SEND ME A STATEMENT SHOWING HOW THIS AMOUNT ARRIVED.

Hi,

My name is ponnuvel. I applied for a SBI credit card 3 years back and still havent received the card. But now am getting harassing calls from the SBI agents that i need to pay 6000 Rs for insurance, failing which they will issue a warrant or rather file a case against me. Am getting harassment calls almost daily. They even call up my parents and harassing them too. Kindly help me out or rather pls let me know a solution as to how should i get rid of this.
