I have regularly made payment of all the Credit Card Transactions before the last date of payment which is scheduled 23 rd of every month; All my outstanding till the 23rd December 2007 have been cleared towards the Credit Card Transactions I have made at various shopping places

Why you people are sending me letters of threatening. I am fed up with you people, I dont know whether brain dead people are working in SBI bank.
I have already told you that I have won a court case. Now, as a part of verdict, I have received a check of Treasury department issued by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II Hyderabad of amount Rs 6, 000.
Please check the zipped attachment where Court verdict along with check is present.
Please cancel the my credit account and send the clearance certificate. Truly, I am fed up, vexed with this attitude, if I am going to receive another threatening mail or mail saying that you have to amount, I am going to lodge a complaint of torture against SBI in the court with lots of severity.
Please do corrective action to avoid this mess, torture, vexing, troubling or whatever you feel it is for me. Please call me for any queries, my mobile number is listed in details.

I have not received any response from SBI representatives for the below email for clearance certificate, instead, I have received an threatening mail/letter from SBI that action will be taken if defaulted amount is not paid.
Note: Despite, after repetitive reminder email and also informed over phone whenever SBI representative called me up that I won court case and details relating to court case are present in the trailing email. I am literally disappointed by your behaviour. Please donot harass me over and again I feel frustrated, if I receive any more threatening phone call or mail I will sue you people in the court for the kind of torture I am experiencing.
Please ensure that this will not repeat again.

I Bantu Bala Gautham, resident of 16-7-215, Azampura, Chadergat, Hyderabad-500024, wants to inform you that I won court case against SBI in District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II Hyderabad, reference number- C.C.No. 753/2007, with regards to payment of SBI credit card number[protected].
The court gave verdict in favour of me on 10th January, 2008. and ordered SBI to pay Rs. 5000 towards compensation and Rs. 1000 towards costs of the complaint i.e. Gautham( me). Also, instructed to provide No Objection Certificate/ Clearance certificate. Please provide clearance certificate and deposit the amount as instructed by court if not done.
Even after the court judgement I am receiving calls from SBI people saying that I still have to pay the SBI credit card amount, I am afraid of SBI whether it is following court orders or not. I feel there is lack of co-ordination amongst your departments ( legal, customer care etc. whatever they may me)is causing trouble to me. Please rectify them and see that everything is aligned to avoid further commotion.
