[Resolved] State Bank of India — No response to emails/phone calls | |
I am an employee with wipro technologies. I had problems with internet banking. I called PBB, Koramangala branch at least hundred times but they never picked up. I mailed 6 times but no response. I mailed to all the email ids provided : sbi wipro helpline, sbi helpline and escalation id also. They provide so useless and third class services that I never received any response from them. It has been such a frustrating waste of time and energy that too futile one. They have made the good name of SBI brand go to the dogs. PBB Koramangala is the worst SBI branch I had ever seen. No customer services at all. I would urge all the sane people who don't want to waste their precious time not to open their account with this branch. I do not hope any response to this complaint also as PBB Koramangala branch is shameless and their customers are bound to suffer due to their incapability and impotentness of providing even basic services like at least responding to the mail. I believe I have to go to the branch to get my things settled or if possible to close my account. My account No.[protected] I am sorry for my harsh language but thats the truth. Dear sir,
I am working private compnay, yesterday iam able to open a new account in State Bank of India, But the SBI staff inform me that the concerned person is on leave it will take 10 to 20 days to open an new Account, But there is no Back up for the staff he is on leave .there is no proper way to resolve the coustomer queriers. kindly look at the matter what is going on, it is humble request if this incident no it will happen, kindly do the needful better and possible way.

every time i am making depositing the money thorugh branch in person they are asking additionallly aound 100 rupees .its only i am facing in SBI bank only, reason behind this additional cost asking we are not getting info from SBI bank,

SBI bank's some employees is careless and nobody can support to thire customers . I have sent atleast 5-6 mails but, not reply then, why created mail id's for bank don't know. Every time required visit due to this type of service and after visit not treet properly alos . Very very poor service of that bank because, they are government servants and so, they are not aware about Coman man and thier customers, Not responsible about any work then why opened this shop close it. Inasked to SBI customer care centre about escalation OR any work TAT they are not replying about it.
I requesting to some companies and some private party don't suggest and don't recommend to open account in to SBI Salary OR any .
