DEACTIVATE SBI ATM CARD /APPLY FOR ANOTHER
Urgent:Deactivate ATM CARD of A/C N.o:[protected]

Respected Sir/Madam,

It is for your kind attention that I have misplaced my ATM card[protected] today 22 nd Septembery, 2009 around 6.30PM. This card was issued from State Bank of India, SAIL SATELLITE BRANCH District-Ranchi, 834004.( Branch Code : 8961) And I wish to apply for the same again.
Following are my details. My Earlier Address was C/O Mr Amaresh Kumar, B/223 SAIL SATELLITE TOWNSHIP District-Ranchi, 834004. Which has been changed as mentioned below.

It is to say that I have applied for ATM card through my SBI -Jakh (Distt Pithoragarh) a/c-[protected] by November 2009. Later on I came to know that the ATM issuing branch Bombay has dispatched the card to my address quoted as recorded at my village Meldungari . But now presently, I am residing at Delhi as i am in govt service at Delhi Secretariat. Therefore, I have not received the ATM card at my home town.

The Post Master of village has redirected the ATM card to the concerned authority. So now please issue/dispatch the card to my address given below
