When try to get from them They are response is very poor.

These , they have cut atleast 200 rupees in last couple of months as Er city charges...

Actually, SBI will deduct ER CITY CHARGES from your accoutn when your are deposting cash in other branches.

they deducted for me also...they do this when you deposit cash/equivalent to your account from another branch other than your home branch.

but this has implimented on 5th sept 2008.. but on 1st april 2009 they have abolished . and i dont know why they are again iomplementing this rule... just they are grabing the money form the public on name of service (inspite of several cutting for user account .i.e user charges)

Today it happened to me also. Why is this happening when the charge has been abolished (as stated by one of the complainant) ... BUT IS IT TRUE THAT IT WAS ABOLISHED ?

they deducted from a/c too. but its not fair, how the hell any body can deposit money only in my home branch?

Today my Account was debited for ER City Charges.Very Very Worst service in India... SBI Internet Service is Very Poor Comparing to all net banking in India.

today i went in sbi ajmal khan road branch for making cash voucher of sbi clerical vacancies.the behaviour of branch staff is so poor specialy security guard.they tried to fight with us.so i want to know why they misbehave with general public? i complained to the branch manager but they did not do serious steps for the public.i hope action will be taken of my complain.

Yes, Today I encashed my FD from the Dhule branch and got deposited the money in my account in Bangalore. They have debited my account with rs.128 as ER City charges.

Every banking rule is governed by RBI and if this has been called off why they are deucting.Is a get benifitted from complaint forum

Today my Account was debited for ER City Charges due to cash deposit from same SBI but another branch. what the bloody they are.. To credit from the same bank, why the hell they deducing our money.. Cheater SBI is cheating our money nowadays!

Even they have deducted Rs 25/- from my account quoting to ER CITY CHARGES 38976288 .

we should notifiy it to the RBI. If anybody knows how to aproach(email or toll free number etc..) let me know.

If the charger are Rs 2 per 1000 menas they should deduct only Rs 6/- for me because i deposited only Rs 3K.

It happened with me as well on 20th Aug 2009 it means they are continuing with their policy. They are shouting and showing off the CORE BANKING - CORE BANKING is this type of core banking?? If we have to pay some money on each cash deposite in other branch then what is the use of this B*#@ [protected]@#) core banking??
