[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Interent Banking

I have bank account in SBI hatta(01689) - Utter pradesh in Kushinager Distrct. I have applied for Internet Banking user ID and password which i got from the bank and told me that the same will get activated within 48 hours. But now its been more then 15 days but still i unable to login and getting Error message "Invalid user Id /Password " inspite of given the correct details.i tried each & every option to get this rectify after calling to Customer care and even local branch office but no one is helping me to get this rectify . and telling me to contact local head office number which is not connecting.
Now i being told from branch manager to open a new account to get the new Kit or internet user Id and password which is not right and not acceptable and the staff in that bank is not even bother to resolving this issue. can some one please help me to recity this problem.
