[Resolved] State Bank of India — Non-receipt of statement for more than a year | |
I am one of the card members of your institution for last more than 4 years. I regret to state that last more than one year I have not been receiving statement of my bill either at my office address or at Home address recorded with u. Despite repeated telephonic complaints to your call centre executives my problem has not been solved till date. Your representatives were advised to send me statement at my e-mail address : pradeep.[protected]@sbi.co.in. But till date I have not received even a single statement from u. This many times has resulted into late payment of monthly bills. I fear that SBI card might be doing this so that they can charge pentalty for late payment. Please therefore look into the matter and let me know whether SBI Card has any documentary evidence of having delivered statement either by post or email to my recorded address. If not, please confirm to me that SBI Card has not levied any late payment charges to me in the last one year. Please also provide me detailed statememnt atleast for last one year for perusal. Please issue suitable instructions to send me statement regularly in future. In case I am not given due justice I reserve the right to go to consumer forum for redressal of my complaint.
