received credit card in the month of February with the promise and commitment of therir marketing staff that I shall be given Tour package (To-and Fro flight ticket & Hotel accomodation) of predefined tourist places with family. . After getting the credit card I contacted the customer care to get the information regarding the tour package. I have been told that I shall get the package after first payment. First payment of Rs. 8785.36 has been paid by me on 18.03.09 which includes Rs 5000 as the entry fees or Against tour package. After paying the on line payment I asked the customer care to send the tour package. I have been told that package shall be send on or before 2 months from the date of first bill payment. Second bill of Rs. 3388.41 has been paid on 13.05.09 and wait for the tour package. Third bill arises which has not been paid by me till date I have not done any transition and the same has been communicated to the customer care also because I did not receive the tour package till date. I am getting regular calls for the deposit of the payment which is showing balance in the account which is unpaid. I requested to Revert my Rs. 5000 which has been paid by me in the first bill and normalize my account so that I can start using the credit card or kindly take your card back and close the account.I do not have any due amount in this account.
Me and my Faimly is getting un-necessary calls from their customer care on regular basis which is giving disturbance to our day to day activities.
