[Resolved] State Bank of India — Transaction Dispute--Shameless activities from SBI Credit Card | |
To The Chairman, SBI All India Head office. This is to inform you that unfortunately I had a SBI credit Card which was expired on July 2008. And also after 2007 I did not made any transaction with the card. I have some outsanding which i have cleared on 17.07.2009. Also I requested the call cenre executive to cancell my Credit card. Still i am reciveing Message on my mobile that i have outstanding against the card. Is the SBI becomes cheater or they become dacoits to snatch money by sending this type of fraud message. Please explain how a expired cfredit card have an outstanding. Please rectify the same otherwise i will file a case against you in the consumer forum with immediate effect. i am sorry to say this that sbi is bloody pig peoples, they made mistakes, and transfers that mistake on to card holder. write rbi helpline. i wrote
