[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SBI credit card expired balance amount not refunded & asking for more money for privilege circle as it was not purchased .

Dear Sir
I Vivek Padale request you to look in to the matter. I had paid all my dues of SBI credit card. I am receiving calls to pay 7000/- more as the SBI credit card was expired 02/2008 and i had made excess payment my money is laying with SBI . They don't want to return money but want recover the money of the privilege circle which i have not purchased. I have attached the mail copy you can check it out .Please do the needful.

This is with reference to your communication dated Sep 28 2009 7:56PM .

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We would like to inform you that as per the[protected] statement you had Rs 2634.84 as excess on your card account.However,In[protected] statement you have opted for an Privilege circle fee of Rs.6180 on[protected].So,as per the statement the total amount due is Rs.3598.01.But,we have not received any payment till date.So,late fee and interest fee has been accumulated on the card account.

May we request you to make early arrangements to pay the amount to avoid any further incurring charges on the card account Also note that your SBI Card Account stands de-activated and the Current Outstanding as of date, on your card account is Rs.7739.32 payable to us.
