[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SBI unlawful behaviors.

I taken my education loan for my post graduate degree in State bank of India, Dhadagapatti Branch, Salem, Tamil Nadu. While taking loan itself I faced lot of problem with that branch. They didn't give the proper response. At last i got loan after 2 months by pledging my father property(Home). Most of my friend got the education loan without producing the asset. Unfortunately I can't pay my EMI after completing PG degree for 6 months. Then I was paying 2000 Rs. To 5000 Rs. per month, whatever I can. As I got job with low salary. On one month I couldn’t pay anything due to financial tight, then they send the notice for first time like “Need to pay full amount within 20 days else your property will be taken over by bank “ . Me and our family got shocked. After two months I got an hike and started paying 10,000 EMI in Chennai branch as I was working in Chennai. I paid for two months in Chennai and in third month they said they can’t get the EMI amount from here so contact the Home branch (Salem). I contacted the home branch regarding this they said you can pay from there. Here to they (SBI Staffs) doesn't know the procedure what to do. I struggled to pay the EMI finally i went to home branch (Salem) paid EMI. I asked them to put auto debit for SBI account which has been opened in chennai. At that time they said we can't put this from here because this account has been opened in Chennai. Finally they put the auto debit for my EMI. First month they taken correctly. In second month they had taken 2 times on a same month from my account. At the mean time i gave an Cheque to one person. When I contact regarding this to my home branch (Salem) they said that two times (9000 + 9000) has been configured for EMI auto debit schedule, then they blame me that you had given two request so this happened. I didn't give the request or two times. Also they said irregular of paying EMI so we can debit whatever amount it is in my account without my knowledge. Due to this my cheque may bounce. Actually we opening bank account to keep some transaction and for keeping money safely, but even in bank itself there is no security. How can they take whatever money in my account, how they having rights to this. Evan some of my friends didn’t start paying the EMI for their education loan, but in my case paid already paid nearby 50K. Even they having our asset for assurance.. then why they are doing like this.. I don’t know where to complaint. They are not even giving an proper response, they treating the people like something. Really their response & behaviors are frustrating me.
