[Resolved] State Bank of India — application is pending/not attending

My Request for Home Loan of 13 Lacs ( RACPC/HL/AB/1736) had been sanctioned by SBI RACPC Jeevandeep Building,Kolkata on 17-Mar-2009. As the promoter was not able to complete my flat, I did not go for the disbursement and Registration at that time. I contacted RACPC in August-2009 informing them I am OK with the progress of my flat and I can go for the disbursement and registration ( I sent the REQUEST to PROCEED letter to RACPC Jeevandeep Kolkata).My request was unresponded for long time.. I visitted Bank office again again,subsequently they informed me to re-submit the Loan Application form as it had been more than 6 months from the day of sanction. Accordingly I re-submitted the form on 30-Oct-2009. But again there is no response from them. Now they told me that dealing staff has gone on long leave so that case is lying pending. I conclude that quality of service of SBI is worst in our Country!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want you to solve this issue as soon as possible so that I can go for the registration.My dream home is going far away because of the negligency of largest bank of our country. I have applied for loans at 03 month back inspite of formalities, iam getting delayed, promoter knocking at the door, so it is not enough time to apply some other bank, i haveapplied through, Debabrata Deuri, OCF, SHAKHER BAZAR BRANCH, KOLKATA, NOW POSTED TO RACPC, JEEBAN DEEP, You are not responding to customer, any of your site, it was nameshake.
