[Resolved]  State Bank of India — ATM card not issued

I have lost my SBI ATM Card against SB A/C no. [protected] of SBI Main Branch, Raipur (Code - 0461), on 03/05/2009 and accordingly intimated to the Bank Authority with a request for re-issuing the same on date 05/06/2009. I received an ATM Card in the month of June'2009. On perusing, it was observed that the ATM Card, which I received, was for the Account No.[protected], which is not in existence.
After persuing it with the bank authorities, it was told to me that my CIF No. is for the SB A/c No.[protected], then how can the request for new ATM Card be considered for another CIF No. (which is for the SB A/c No.[protected]), which is an error with the Central Monitoring Section of the ATM.

The same issue was resolved by the Bank Authorities eariler, when I opened this new Account No.[protected]. This is the second time that, I am facing such problem with the SBI Bank.

You are requested to look into the matter for issuing of the same so that I can have relief from wasting time in the bank for small withdrawals, without the ATM Card.

sir have applied for atm card, and u ve activated it on 12 dec.2009.
also u dispatched it on 14 th dec 2009 with dispatch no. ey[protected]IN . from godgaon.
upto this i have confirmed . also did inquiry in post office,
but till im not received my ATM card.
