I was using one SBI credit card 3.5 years back when i was at Indore . Later i shifted to Ahmedabad . Called for address change but never happened and also i never got any statement . Once i called up at Customer care to close the account and with some lady i talked and as per her instruction i teared the card .
But now after 3 year i came to know that i have a due of 18 k., called up customer care and to clear the dispute i agreed to pay Rs. 8660.00 for settlement, even provided them the cheque number. Called atleast 6-7 times from last one month, sent mail but till date not solved my problems . Because of the same my project got stucked .
SBI service is wrost ever service i have ever seen .

sir i am holding saving a/c in sbi bank jalgaon branch i wont check my ac. balence here in abubhabi. can i pls help me i am appling for on line banking allso when i wose open my ac. still i dont get my id.& pass word pls help me thank you

Error 62 means No of PIN tries Exceeded, and card blocked for 28 hours, Please try after 28 hours,

SBI — PIN attempts exceeded

My name is Venkataraman J. As i have exceeded number of attempts by entering wrong PIN number more than twice so i am unable to enter hereafter by entering the correct PIN in my SBI ATM.Please provide a solution to my mail so that i can access my ATM thereforth.
