[Resolved] State Bank of India — wrong entry of personal details | |
dear sir, this is to bring to your notice that for about past seven years I am suffering at the hands of SBI credit cards. They have wrongly entered personal details of myself and my wife (who is an add on card holder). these wrong details are used as security information to confirm our identity when we call their help line for any purpose. The correct details - like the landline number, address, mother's maiden name etc have been repeatedly informed via phone, emails, letter for over past seven (7) years with proof, but until now no action have been taken. It is now come to such a condition, that at Nagpur there is np office or officer to address the issue personally, emails doesnt help and the calls to their help line[protected] doesnt go through - as we hear a recoded message - "all lines to this route are busy". All my reward points lapses because I am unable to apply for a suitable product to redeem these accumulated points. I am totally fed up with this card and dont know how to cancel the card.
