[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Not Get Credit Card they Send Message on Mobile bill Generated

Dear Sir/Madam,

I appy for SBI credit Card. After One & half month i receive message we despatch your credit card on 04/Dec/2009 but till date i am not get any credit card from SBI.
On this matter i complain many time to customer but they not solve the problem. After some day one message come to my moble your credir card bill is generated & send to your mail ID. They mention Email ID in Message is not my or its wrong. Again I call & mail to customer care but they promised me on phone but not send any written confirmation. They ready to extended my bill payment date. My issue is only this after receive my credit card i am redy to pay bill. Kindly extended your full support to solve my query.

First of I have not any credit card So how can I pay any amount to you. Please cleared this matter by today.

You mention Email Id is not correct or not my mail Id.

Kindly take necessary action other wise I go to Consumer Court or respective authority.

Sir,
I have requested so many times(more than 20 times) on the customer care number to change my mobile number. But, in the last the respond is that "we can not change your number due to technical problems". Please change my mobile number and address immediately. last digit of my credit cards are 1705 and change the mobile No. [protected] instead of [protected].
