[Resolved] State Bank of India — Invalid deducation of Rs.4000 from my account

I used my BOB ATM of Ajmer in SBI,Noida to withdraw Rs4000 on 2nd Jan2010. The machine showed" transaction has been timed out" and the transaction got cancelled though no slip came out. I checked my account balance later and it showed a deduction of Rs 4000 for the same transaction which got timed out.I filed a complaint in the same SBI Branch and I was told the my money would be credited in 24 hours. I then filed a complaint in BOB, Ajmer where i have my account and was told that this would take a weeks time. It has been 15 days now and no one is giving me a proper answer. please HELP!! SBI ATM — regarding withdrawl of 20000 rupees from bob atm machine using sbi atm

i had withdrawl Rs 20000 from bob atm machine niyawan branch using sbi atm no.[protected] dated 26.08.2009 and not recieved cash but debited from my sbi saving account no. [protected]. Plz put my complaint under your consideration so that i"ll get my money at the earliest.
