[Resolved] State Bank of India — Delay in providing locker facility | |
Dear Sir, I have opened a new Savings account with State Bank of India at Chromepet, Chennai branch. I have also asked for a locker facility for which they asked to give a letter as well a deposit. I have done the required formalities and for the past one month I have visited the branch for about 15 times to avail the locker key. The response from the Branch Manager is that the person in charge of locker will turn up any day and it is my duty to check the branch every day whether the locker in charge is in the office or not. I have also visited as per the instruction from Branch Manager but the response from Manager is that he is not sure when the in charge will visit and the days where in I have not gone, Manager accused me that the in charge was available but I didn't turn up. I'm totally disappointed that such a big Nationalised bank does not have adequate staff to look over the customers. Is this practically possible for an employed person like me to visit the branch every day morning for this????. Regards, Sriram Was this information helpful? | |

i am an account holder of your esteemed bank since 2005 may.i applied for ATM facility for many times.but not received yet..
