[Resolved] State Bank of India — Mis behaviour by staff | |
I went to SBI Shivaji Nagar, Branch, Gurgaon. I have a car loan account with the branch. I requested for the account statement of my account. First of all I was directed to computer room, where Mr. Baweja treated me as unwanted person. On my requests he intiated the print out of the statement and asked me to collect from the cabin of Mr. Singh (cashier). I went to Mr. Singh, he replied that there is no print out go back to Mr. Baweja. Mr. Baweja advised to talk to Mr. Gulshan. I went to Mr. Gulshan who told me that it is the duty of Mr. Baweja, he is the incharge. I again went to Mr. Baweja who replied that there is no stationery. After some request he managed some A4 sheets. But there was a paper jam in the printer. He said Mr. Gulshan can do in this case. Mr. Gulshan finally replied that he has filed a complaint to service provider and printer will be ok by evening. I left the branch in such an anger repenting the day when I applied for car loan from this bank. Was this information helpful? | |

My self is Mr Ranveer Singh and I am A/c holder in sbi Branch Swasthya vihar. Three weak before my online banking is mapped i going again and going in bank but he don't what is meaning of mapped. customer care was said to me. you go our branch where is your account and say online banking officer please link my account with user id after then your problem is solve but online banking officer not given any responce i am open demet account in sbi and i doing trading i am not transfer my money here to there so please request for please action against officer.
