[Resolved] State Bank of India — wrong deduction of Rs.10000 without dispensing cash

To agmatm.[protected]@sbi.co.in,sbihelpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in sir A wrong deduction of Rs.10000 has occured from atm id S1AC00333201 KHARAGPUR R S (DRM OFFICE) ON 02/02/10 TXN NO. 5759, SHOWING SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS. Atm did not dispensed cash but my account got debited by Rs.10000 . I'm sending mails regularly to resolve the matter but almost 45 days have passed without any result . kindly look into the matter so that my money is refunded at the earliest . thanking you yours faithfully ujjal patra A/C no [protected] shalimar branch(3785) Was this information helpful? Sir,

I am a SBI ATM holder from the last three years. I want to give this compaint against the Numaligarh Refinerry Limited SBI ATM which is situated inside the Numaligarh Refinerry Township. In Numligarh this is only one ATM and people outside the Numaligarh Refinerry campus can't allow to use this ATM. And due to this other peoples has suffered many problems.My question is that if the SBI is for all then the ATM machine can be use for other ATM card holder also rather than only used by the Numaligarh Refinerry. Therefore please look the matter and find a permanent solution.
