[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Bad Services

Sir

I am using SBI card since last 16 yrs. but i am not receiving statement on regular basis hence there are many time charge late fee and other charges which is unnecessary. It's not my fault so why should I pay such charge. I also received collection call from their side at unexpected time and talked very rudely language.
I am requesting you that Please Provide me full statement of my card ( deduct late payment charge and other insurance charges etc) . I wish to pay all amount and closed the SBI Credit Card .My card no is [protected]

Dear sir,
I am useing sbicard and I am not getting statements or mobile elerts or online fecility regarding payment due.
