State Bank of India — unable to register my application

Sir,
I am filling my complete application for sbi clerk since last 2 days and while submitting my application, the msg is displayed as error in page 3, error in asp 3. Request do the needful at the earliest. For submission of simple application form I have spent more then the amount of challan for accessing internet.

I approch, The Branch manager State bank India Kattumannrkoil regarding education loan for my wife H.suganya is studying Teacher training first year, she was participating loan campaign coducted on
6/10/09 also have participated Mr, P.Chithabaram, H'ble Home Minister of India. They Informed me to met
the Branch Manager Kattumannar koil, cuddlore dt 608301. But he replied me I can't santioned loan for those
who are studying /persued in private Institution are not eligible. they show your SBI tems & coditions list
for me, So I request you to please santioned loan for my wife suganya myA/c NO:[protected]
