since past five days i had to try to submitt the form but there is an error on the page

i'm trying for past 10 days...always it show some kind of errors...pls sove it soon r return back the money which i paid...

I have filled the online application form(for another candidate) for the clerical exam, but unfortunately i have filled the wrong date of birth in her online form.

Candidate Name : Swetalina Martha
The Actual Dob: is 25 April 1985 where as i have filled 25 Feb 1985, there is the wrong in the month part.

Request you to let me know how can this be corrected before the written exam, or is there is any other procedure i need to follow.

So, please let me know if i have to contact any other person or mail id inorder to correct it.
