I HAVE SUBMITTED A CHEQUE RELATED TO DIVIDEND AMOUNT O[censored]TI-ARS BOND(CHEQUE NO 159958 DTD2.4.2008, DRAWN ON CITI BANK KOLKATA ) TO BONHOOGLY BRANCH OF SBI ( KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL).AT PRESENT THEY ARE NOT RECIEVING CHEQUE AT COUNTER. A CHEQUE DROP BOX IS PLACED IN THE BANK WHERE WE HAVE TO DROP CHEQUES. CHEQUE WAS DROPPED THERE IN DUE TIME BUT THEY HAVE RETURNED THE CHEQUE TO ME CLAIMING THAT THE CHEQUE IS NOT SUBMITTED IN TIME. MOREOVER, THEY HAVE DEDUCTED THE COST OF POSTAL CHARGE FOR SENDING THE CHEQUE FROM MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST BANK AUTHORITY. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
