[Resolved] State Bank of India — Correction in my Application form

Respected Sir, I have some mistake in my Application Form like: 1. My name is Deep Shankar Raikwar it is correct but i filled in my application form is Deep Raikwar its not correct. 2. My Father Name is Mr. M.C Raikwar it is correct But i filled in my application form is Mr. M.P Raikwar its not Correct. 3. My Address is E-196 Minal Residency JK ROAD Bhopal (M.P) it is correct but i filled in my application form is E-1 JK Menal Residency its not correct.
