I APPLIED FOR RS.200/- DD ON IDBI BAMK BOMBAY ON 12.6.08 FRO M ANANDNAGR BRANCH OF SBI, THEY CHARGED RS.30/- AS COMMISSION. I HAD TO CANCEL THAT AS DATE FOR ONLINE REQUIRED DD O[censored]PTO 10.6.08. I PRESENTED TO THE SBI, ANANDNAGAR -THEY CHARGED RS. 100/- AS CANCELLATION CHARGE. SIR -JUST UNBELIEVABLE HIGH CHARGE FOR SUCH A SERVICE JUST TO CANCEL AND CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT. I have my saving account in SBI bank at navi mumbai "BAPMC" branch.Whenever I done the transaction through my branch. I regularly update my passbook.Now I am shifted to new panvel. Just few month before one new branch of SBI open there.There is a facility of printer to update the passbook.I ask him to update the passbook . The employee present there inform that, if your sving account is from another branch than there will be 10 Rs. charges cut from your account. If I have same bank than why should there are charges to update passbook. Also the behaviour of employee was not sound.
