[Resolved] State Bank of India — Harrasment and abuse by Tele callers | |
I have closed my SBI card by doing a settlement about an year back yet I am receiving threatening and abusive Calls from SBI tele callers asking me to pay for the amount i never used.I dont understand if SBI really has any info on which customer had made the payments, when the payments are made. I have been given the Settlement letter : Tracer No: Bangalore[protected] I never had such a bad service from any other banks. Please help... Was this information helpful? | |

SBI Credit Card — CREDIT CARD HARRASMENT
I USED A CREDIT CARD IN 2004 WHICH WAS LOST AND I GAVE AN APPLICATION TO BLOCK THE CARD IN SBI WITH FIR COPY WHICH WAS NOT BLOCKED AND I WAS STILL BEING CHARGED RS 25000 WHICH ON SETTLEMENT WAS MADE 15000. I PAYED THE AMOUNT TO THE EXECUTIVE FROM SBI FOR WHICH I WAS GIVEN A RECIEPT AND WAS WRITTEN ONE TIME SETTLEMENT ON IT WHICH I STILL HAVE. I WAS TOLD THAT NOC WILL REACH IN 3 MONTHS AFTER WHICH WHEN I CONTACTED THAT PERSON HE LEDT SBI AND NOW IM BEING ASKED TO PAY 80000 RSTODAY I GOT A CAL FROM [protected] AND HE WAS USING ABUSIVE AND ABSURD LANGUAGE BOT READY TO HEAR ANYTHING AND WARNED ME OF DIRE CONSEQUENCES IF I DONT MAKE THE PAYMENT THIS MONTH
