[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SBI Credit Card false bill for Lost card [protected]

This is to complain about one of the problems my wife is facing from more than one year regarding my State Bank Of India Credit Card Number [protected].
She use to have a SBI Credit Card No. [protected]. While applying for card she was told that there will be no hidden charges and she will be only required to pay what amount she will use for purchasing. But on receiving the bill she noticed that there where my charges which were included in her bill. she immediately called the customer care and ask about the same.
They informed that next time she will not receive any such amount in bill. But it never happened like that every time some or the other charges are included into her bill. She keep on calling the Customer care and every time the told that these charges will not be included in the next bill.
Her card was stolen during my Visit from Nehru Place to Dhaula Kuan in New Delhi, around a year back on bus route number 724. On getting down from bus when She noticed that my purse was missing She immediately informed the Customer Care on number 39020202 for my lost card and requested to deactivate my card immediately. They told that she will receive the new card
soon. But she have not received any card till date. She have also made payment for the new card charges which were included into her Bill.
After several reminders when she did not receive the card she decided to cancel her Credit card. she called the customer care and told them to cancel her credit card.
But they did not do so. After calling for several times and also sending request in there site http://www.sbicard.com/ her card was still not cancelled and she keeps on receiving the SMS that so and so amount is pending.
On Saturday(8th March, 2008) She received a call for some customer representative of SBI stating that She should settle the amount or else She will receive a notice from court for the same.
I do not understand why on calling the Customer Care and also sending request on the site to stop her card still it is not stopped. Why some body is forced to pay the amount he/she has not used. During last more than one
year she have faced lots of problem regarding the Credit card which she am not having. she is now recieving calls on daily basis(from 12 june 2008) that she needs to do a final settelment for the amount which they have billed for the card which she have not used for atleast a year. This is certainly
doing me a lot of mental tension. Please help me in resolving the problem

I have SBI-TATA CREADIT CARD. Card no.[protected].

In my feb-09 statement due amount is 28490/-(twenty eight thousand four hundred ninty.)

i drop same amount cheque no 019522 on date of 30th jan 09(Due date 1st feb09)

i call 2 time (3rd feb & 5th feb.)customer helpline number and ask why my cheq not credit on my account.

7th of jan monrning company calling me & said yr cheque is return by signatury differ.

i replyed send me return cheq or its copy for my bank inquairy.

i drop another cheq no 019524 on date of 10th feb 09.it's cleared on 11th feb 09

now i recived my latest statement march-08

in this statement company dabit some charges.

1. payement dishonour fee 500.00
2. total gst debit for current stmt 162.20
3. fin charge on retail 812.30

Is all charges are currect ??
