I had some problem on my 5800 xpressmusic handset for which i had to visit the Nokia Care at Gol market, Telegraph square. They asked me to come back after a week. On return they told me that they have no record about me submitting my cell phone at their office. I was totally taken aback with that, but i asked them to check it once more, to which they requested for another week time. I agreed but nothing happened ever since, it's been kept pending .By now its already been one and a half month, no calls from their end no mails. I totally fail to understand the negligence and inefficiency of their team. What are they doing? why is this happening? what is lacking in here? Is their any source through which i can investigate into the matter? How about an F.I.R. to the cops?

Respected Sir,

On 28/09/2010 I operated SBI bank ATM to withdraw an amount of Rs 13000/-
but I am sorry to mention that though the Amt Rs 13000/- was debited from my account by the money never came out of the machine. I contact the S.B.I.Hakimpara Branch (Code-07245) and the Customer Care Officer on 29.09.10 in the morning and gave me the Toll free No.[protected] and advise me to lodge the complain with them..

This is also to bring to your kind notice that after trying hard I could get the line and I have given all the informatio to him and he gave me the comlain no.AT [protected] and assured me that money will get credited with in 12 working days.

Since few other customer had withdrew money from the same machine. I again tried to withdraw Rs 13000/- for the money but the result was same my account was debited by Rs-13000/- and statement shows that "in sufficient balance".

I visited the Bank again after receiving the Complaint No. to submit the written complaint, by that time Bank was closed (1300 Hrs.) being half day close.(29/09/10)


Keeping in view the above fact .It is humbly requested to kindly credit the amount to my account .

SBI ATM card yet not delivered

I am sachin kumar resident of almaspur muzaffarnagar UP (INDIA). I had open new saving account
on the date of 24.02.2011 in SBI Nwe Mandi Muzaffarnagar branch near to my resident, I also filled the ATM form, but still I have not received my ATM card. I contacted for the same for the bank staff they told me that it is delivered on 10-15 days, but still not received it.

I have applied for SBI PO exam to be held in july 2011. I don't posses a voter's identity card, driving licence, pan card required as a photo identity proof in the exam. Kindly inform me about the procedure in this case. I have applied for the pan card but not sure whether I would receive it before 24 july. SIR,

i applied for internet banking account. i got id and password on same day from bank. they said that account wll be activated within 2 days but still i am waiting for it.
whenever i try to login on onlinesbi.com it says invalid username and password. i ask about to my bank they said "thr is problem on site" . then why it not specify on web site...
I have submitted 500/- as fee for ONGC Graduate Trainee Exam-2011 through a challan form bearing Journal number[protected] on[protected] at SBI branch Bahraich ( U.P.) having branch code 00015. My problem is that till today the authority at ONGC is saying that the fee has not been received yet. I have contacted my branch of SBI also but could not get the information about it.
Today is last date of fee submission and if the payment is not verified today then my application will be cancelled.

State Bank of India — Lenient Officials

My account no. is [protected] at State Bank Of India (Raghunathpur Branch, Kolkata).

At this branch, there is no CRO (Customer Relationship Officer). Only 1 person who works as a Service Manager as well as CRO which has lead to a bad quality of service from this branch.

Previously there was no Branch Manager for many months but separate employees were present for Service Manager and CRO. That CRO (a lady) who was very dedicated to her job and the customers felt her like God as she used solve all our problems.

Now customers are facing problems with the service. I had to wait for an ATM pin collection for 1.5 hr on a Tuesday, 27th Dec, 2011 which was a matter of few seconds. None of the officials were ready to give me the ATM pin. When I shouted after waiting for a 1.5 hr, the branch manager intervened and I got the PIN within 1 min.

I had Submitted an Application on 12.12.2011 with original documents (Previous Cash Receipt + Builders Demand Letter + Architact Certificate for completion of 19th Terrace floor) to SBI Branch D.N. Road Mumbai, for release amount Rs. 64, 812/- against home loan this is my 12 th instalment, but till date no disburshment has been made.

friends, Heavy cheating is going on un-guarded ATMs of many banks. Cheats get ample time to practice cheating the machines, turning away the Cc cameras, by crowding in ATMs they easily watch thePIN, cheat elders by their sleight of hand. Rajahmundry Innispeta SBI allowed a 14 years boy to cheat 7 times. Judiciary take lenient view since he is a minor, Police take casual view since it is day to day happening. SBI Branch is happy since ATM management is a separate body; more over they are insured!! every one is a silent spectator, till he gets cheated.ARE WE FIT FOR MODERN TECHNOLOGY???.
