[Resolved] State Bank of India — cancel | |||
sir/Madam In December 2011 while taken loan. From Noida office…they convinced me to take and accept the offer of credit card from ,but I did not received any kind of card and 14-15 days before one person telephone me to pay sum amount of money…but why should I pay when I did not received any card….and I don’d even know the number and how to operate it. I haven't received anything from them and helpline numbers never connect. They also said after one year if you don’t apply for next year it will cancel .On that phone he said that purchase has been done from Gurgaon but I have not gone there ever. I want cancel my card please give the information how to cancel the card and i want to talk with customer care & give the number .... Was this information helpful? | |||
