[Resolved]  State Bank of India — cash deposit machine

I, Joseph Dinesh holding an SBI savings bank acc. in vokkaligara Tumkur branch. I deposited Rs.14,000 in cash deposit machine on Feb. 19 2013. But after accepting all cash I got a slip stating your transaction was rejected. So, I went immediately and complained to the bank stating the above. But now they are saying after checking all, sorry we dont have any excess amount with us, we cant help it. Though I was waiting there for more than 15 mins in front of cash deposit machine money, cash was not ejected which is even recorded in their CCTV camera. So cash deposited is obviously with them but they are denying it to give. They are saying we dont know. You will not get your money back. I had also complained to SBI CARE but no response from them. I kindly request you to consider this issue very seriously and make people aware and remove this machine immediately from this branch atleast.
