MY PPO NO IS[protected]/ Dt OF RETIREMENT 31/12/2009. MY INITIAL PENSION WAS CREDITED 4 1/2 MONTHS LATE. THEN IT HAS BEEN CREDITED LESS THAN THE MONTH OF MAY. THEN THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN EFFECT TO CPAO LETTER NO[protected]/733230/A2 Dt 21 JUNE 2011 SO FAR . THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SYSTEM IS ALWAYS BUSY / USER UNFRIENDLY. PL HELP.

PENSION — Reduction in Pension Amount

I am a pensioner having PPO A/c No.[protected]. I was receiving pension @ of Rs. 4559/- till April 2008. The pension amount reduced from Rs.4559/- to Rs. 2500/- from May 2008 to August 2008. After the sixth Pay commission my pension is revised in Sept. 08 to Rs. 4409/-. I personally visited your office in the end of May 2009 to check out the reason for reduction of my pension amount from May 2008. The dealing assistant after checking my account found the following mistake in the pension calculation which he assured to reconcile by 20th June 2009.
BasicPension Rs. 2600/-
Less commutation amount (-) Rs. 1040/-
Balance Rs. 1560/- (Pension is to be calculated on Rs. 1560/-)
Less commutation amount (-) Rs. 1040/- (Commutation amount wrongly deducted twice)
Balance Rs. 0520/- (Pension is wronly calculated Rs. 520/- instead of Rs. 1560/- resulting in reduction of pension amount from May 2008 and subsequant effect in the pension arrears of sixth pay commission.
It is once again requested to kindly reconcile my pension account by rectifying the above calculations by 20th of July please.

Sir, I am retired from Army with effect from 01 Jan 2013. PPO No is S/061534/2012 (Army). This PPO along with IAFZ-2010 & IAFA-369 was forwarded to your office vide AOC Records, Post Box No 3, Trimulgherry Post, Secunderabad -500015 (AP) letter No JC-726638W/ 01.01.2013/Pen/SP-1 dt 20 Feb 2013 for your necessary action of ;processing and further transmission to SBI Dondaicha Branch, Dist Dhule (Maharashtra) (Bank Code - 2151) & A/c No [protected]. My copy of said PPO along with relevant forms and documents has also been submitted to your office by SBI Dondaicha on 04 Mar 2013. Till date I am waiting for receipt of service pension as well as commutation and Gratuity amount approximately aggregating to Rs. 1300000/-. Non credit of this huge amount to my account is causing huge financial loss to me. Considerable amount of time i.e. more than one & half month is lapsed. Kindly do my favor without further delay.

I am drawing my defence pension from the SBI Br. Wanless Hospital, Miraj.(Branch code 3461). My Pension A/c no. is [protected].
The Manager has locked my pension a/c, against lump sum recovry of excess arrears. the cppc, Navi Mumbai had already granted me Installment of recovry vide their letter no. CPPC/Misc/rp/163917 dtd. 02/04/2012. I request you please restore my pension account and help this ex serviceman.
