[Resolved] State Bank of India — UNWANTED AND FREQUENT PROMOTIONAL OFFER SMS | |||
Sir, I am holding SBI credit card for the last 10 to 12 years. Of late, for the past 10 days, I have been receiving frequent SMS even one in every 5 days regarding the promotional offer, which irritates, agonises and frustrates me very much. I have told the SBI card executives through IVR three to four times requesting them to stop sending such promotional offer SMS. But, they simply say that sending such SMS is unavoidable and I will have to accept it and saying that I can cancel being the customer of SBI card, which I feel that it is not a sensible and a responsible way of looking into my querry.
