[Resolved] State Bank of India — Diners card harsh behaviour | |||
This is a complaint on tele caller from Dinners card claiming to be an out sources agency of SBI card and calling on behalf of SBI Card and offering mega offers to select lucky winners. The system is planned by a high criminal minded manner. The person above calls from Delhi and starts explaining the offer countinousley non stop in HINDI, irrespective of weather the listner knows/understands hindi or not. After explaining all bla bla, says U will recieve a confirmation call in 15 minutes time. In spite of telling him that we are not intrested, he says (in Hindi only) dont worry we will not send the kit without your confirmation. Then another person calls from Delhi who Speaks English and starts as, this is a confirmation call........... and quickly briefing the product very fast asks for confirmation of Name, Confirmation of Address etc. When I said I am not intrested, He starts speaking in an very arrogant manner, using harsh words, saying why then did you accept the call etc. When I said I am presently not wiling to pay Rs 5500/- as per your offer, he asked ' So you want everything free of Cost ???". Is this a way a tele called speaks ? who intentionally calls making a unsolicitated call and forcing us to accept the offer. Over and above speaking in an arrogant manner. What is SBI's answer to this situation? Does this happen without the knowledge of SBI card ? Is SBI card not intrested to have theit genuine customers stay with them. Why do they allow third party to speak to the card holders and based on that bill the customers. Even a arrogant call from a known vendor can be seriously dealth with.
