RESPECTED SIR THIS IS COMPLAINT AGAINST BRANCH MANAGER OF STATE BANK OF INDIA DAHANU ROAD BRANCH DATED 11/11/2010, WHO REFUSED TO ACCEPT 10 RUPEES NOT OF RUPEES 5000,WHEN ASKED WHY HE GAVE THE REASON THAT HIS STAFF DOES NOT HAVE TIME TO COUNT THAT MONEY AND HE AND HIS STAFF MEMBERS ALSO MISBEHA, AS I CAME TO DEPOSIT MONEY IN MY FRIENDS ACCOUNT OF KARNATAKA BRANCH WHO REQUIRED MONEY URGENTLY TO PAY BILL OF HOSPITAL, SIR AFTER STANDING IN QUEUE FOR MORE THAN 2+ HOURS HE DIDNT ACEPT MY CASH WHY I NEED A ANSWER,ONLY COZ BRANCH TELLER MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING.THEY WHERE SUPOSE TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER STANDING IN QUEUE.IS THIS THE SERVICE SBI PROVEDE I REQUEST YOU SIR TAKE ACTION AGAINST SUCH PEOPLE Was this information helpful? | |||
