Dear Sir/Madam,
My A/c no [protected] named as Aamir Shaikh i was trying to withdraw cash from SBI atm for Rs.2000/- dt 19/03/2012 time 07:02am. There was error in the system and no amount received & got receipt contains message that SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS, but customers a/c has been debited for the same amount on same date & same time We have lodge complaint, iD[protected].We got revert from the CCRS dept as SBI has been rejected the same complaint as the same transaction is successful.
As per my concern, i had not received money. It can be clear in CCTV Footage
And SBI Bank rejects the complaint they dont entertained to other banks complaint. Many followups done by me and Axis bank employees. I have been followup to bank several times but they on entertained that no officer is available or officer is on leave. They decline to give CCTV Footage after filing an FIR and the Manager of Axis Bank also been to the SBI Bank.
So plz help me in this regards to get my money back.
If SBI Bank can give clear CCTV footage or they are responsible for the debit they have to pay for it
